I live in the beautiful emerald city of Seattle, Washington and I've been working in talent acquisition since the early 2000s.

 

Over the years, I've supported many different industries, from telecommunications to banking to healthcare, recruiting for everything from entry-level to executive roles. This diverse experience has given me a unique skillset when it comes to finding the right candidates for a particular role.

I started my own business to allow me more flexibility in both my work and personal life, as well as the opportunity to run my recruiting strategies in a way that works best for me. Although I sometimes miss the face-to-face interactions of an office environment, working from home allows me the ability to fully focus my efforts.

This flexibility has also provided me the bandwidth to support rescue/foster dog organizations with their transport needs. Currently, I transport for a few WA nonprofits, with my eventual goal being to partner with orgs nationwide.
